helpful staff quick assistance
i found a supermarket next door and a tram line running beside the building, made shopping convenient. the reception staff were helpful and quickly fulfilled any requests i had .
i found that the temperature of the a/c was not adjustable, with management limiting its use to 23 degrees. i believe more facilities and value should be provided for the guest's money.

Really good Hospitality and Convenient Location
amazing hospitality kind staff spacious rooms useful kitchenettes
i found amazing hospitality and very kind staff. david went the extra mile for me and that was admirable. i needed to leave baggage at the hotel due a late flight. i felt very cared for. the rooms are spacious and i appreciate the kitchenettes.
the shower support was broken which was a little inconvenient. the water flow in the shower seemed a bit restricted. perhaps some adjustments in the shower system would enhance the experience.

the hotel sits right in front of the tram which is helpful. the metro station is only a short walk from the hotel. this made getting around quite easy.

The hotel's location provided easy access to transportation. Two metro lines were very close. The room was quiet because it had good soundproofing. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable.

adequate but subpar experience
no cleaning shower malfunction
i found the lack of daily cleaning unacceptable . we had to request additional bin bags and toilet paper. the shower was also not functioning as expected and there were no english channels available on the tv. they attempted to charge us for breakfasts we did not have at checkout which further exacerbated the poor service.

the apartment was great actually. the bed was really good and comfortable. i found the bathroom had good space. the staff was wonderful too (very helpful!).
the perfume smell was way too strong. it actually made me ill at times. i think the air quality needs improvement as well. the odor was overwhelming at times.

A Wonderful Stay Near the City of Music

It was special to be so close to the Cité de la Musique. I could easily attend concerts. The staff was resourceful and courteous, they helped with every question I asked. I found the fridge very useful, keeping my drinks nicely chilled. Key cards gave me a sense of security, ensuring only guests could access the floors.
I noticed the temperature of the air conditioning was not adjustable. It was set to a fixed temperature.

bright room black out blind convenient tram unfriendly staff no window limited ventilation
The room was bright and clean. The air conditioning worked well, and the blackout blinds ensured good sleep. The tram stop was near the hotel. It was really helpful.
The staff was not always friendly. There were no windows in my room, so fresh air was limited. The bathroom had no ventilation, which I found inconvenient.
